About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Manager to drive the promotion and sales of WinGD X-EL products and services in South Korea. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marine electrical systems, customer engagement, and business development in a fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with shipyards, design institutes, and shipowners in South Korea.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits, meetings, and market analysis to gather insights and provide feedback.
  • Qualify leads and expand WinGD’s customer network through proactive engagement.
  • Plan and execute customer visits, presentations, and participation in industry events.
  • Review customer inquiries and prepare technical and budgetary proposals tailored to local needs.
  • Lead and support bidding processes, including strategic preparation and documentation review.
  • Enhance brand visibility and awareness of WinGD X-EL solutions in the South Korean market.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in CRM systems.

Professional Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Electrical Machines, or related field.
  • Experience in marine systems engineering, including hands-on work with VFDs and power management systems.
  • Solid understanding of electrical engineering, power electronics, and electrical machines.
  • Familiarity with VFDs above 1MW from various manufacturers is a plus.

Languages

  • Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken).
