WinGD is looking for a

Commissioning Expert KR Methanol

Accountabilities:

• Performs on X-DF-M commissioning and troubleshooting support globally.
• Ensures the functionality of the X-DF-M control (hard- and software) components, and together with the experts for hydraulics and controls the functionality of the complete system.
• Ensures the correct calibration of the engines under his/her supervision
• Ensure the creating documents about commissioning and troubleshooting X-DF-M

Main responsibilities:

• Represent 'Customer Support l Experts / Market Development' in South Korea
• X-DF-M commissioning and troubleshooting support on engines and/or sub-systems (External communication interface with ancillary system (FVU, FSS), SCR, X-DF -M or other 'sensitive' technologies) at licensees’ factories or at shipyards worldwide.
• Provides feedback to HQ team for product improvements
• Gives support and technical advice to customers (licensees, yards, ship owners), suppliers, and product lifecycle management, if necessary, in collaboration with experts from development and/or service (“Technical Service”).
• Fast stabilization of X-DF-M product commissioning

Requirements:

• BSc Control, Electrical, Mechanical or Marine Engineering
• Experience for 2-stroke engine service & operation including automation system & electronics 
• Preferably experience on vessels in service, main engine operation and maintenance & auxiliary equipment. 
• 2-Stroke Diesel Engine Knowledge (esp. automation, control and electrical for engines) 
• Understanding design process and Design Standard (E&A) 
• Has technical communication and interated soulutions knowledge 
• Able to work self-driven and self-critical with the target of continuous improvement. 
• Has a clear understanding of the key success factors in our business and job responsibility. 
• Experience of Product Data Management Systems 
• Excellence English language, written and spoken 
• Teamwork skills 
• Customer oriented 
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Pro-active and self-driven way of working
