WinGD is looking for a

 

Intern Engine Laboratory 

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration in the construction and commissioning of hydraulic component and engine test benches
  • Supporting test bench development projects such as control system development on injection test benches
  • Carrying out prototype tests on hydraulic component and engine test benches
  • Developing and applying fast measurement technology, for example in the area of needle stroke measurement for fuel injectors
  • Data analysis and visualisation of high-resolution measurement data

 

Requirements

  • Student in mechanical engineering or related fields of study
  • Willingness to assist with mechanical work, practical work experience is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of programming and data analysis tools (e.g. Matlab, Excel)
  • Good knowledge of German; knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Structured approach and solution-orientated way of working paired with high flexibility
  • Team-orientated and good communication skills
