WinGD is looking for a

Senior Instructor 

  

Responsibilities:

  • create training documentation for new systems and products as they are developed
  • update the training documentation and simulations following products evolution and technology developments
  • deliver classroom and on-line trainings on WinGD products to external and internal customers based on existing training documentation, simulation software and hardware
  • proactively follow up technology trends and suggest new training methods, programs and tools
  • take the lead in updates and development of training simulators 
  • when needed, assist in coordination and administration tasks related to training

 

Requirements:

  • minimum BSc in Marine Engineering or in similar fields (mechanical, electrical, automation) or several years of experience as a technical instructor in relevant industries
  • good theoretical and preferably practical knowledge of electronically controlled marine engines
  • familiar with teaching methodology, practical experience in conducting lectures or training courses would be an asset
  • openly sharing ideas, able to work in an international environment, ready to support training teams abroad 
  • self-motivated, systematic, structured, technical mind
  • willing to travel occasionally
  • confident user of MS Office Programs 
  • fluent in English, German or any other foreign language is an additional asset
