WinGD is looking for a

 

(Location: China) 1st Level ICT-Supporter 

 

Responsibility

  • Basic Troubleshooting - Addressing and revolving basic technical issues such as:
    • Login problems
    • Subscription access and basic configuration settings (SPO, OneDrive etc.)
    • Password resets
    • Software installations
    • Assist in network connectivity problems
    • Assist in HW Inventory and Software licensing
    • Network Printer support
    • Mobile device support
    • End user Trainings
    • MS Azure / M365 issues:
  • User Assistance:
    • Providing support to users beside on-desk as well by phone, email and chat to help employees with their IT-related questions
    • Helping users to navigate the M365 Portal and explain the basic functionalities
  • Incident Logging - Recording and tracking incidents in the IT service management system (Jira) to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
  • Collaboration with our other IT specialists (globally) to adapt & maintain the system configuration
  • Cooperation
    • Close cooperation together with our IT-Team in Switzerland

 

Accountabilities:

  • Basic Troubleshooting Techniques:
    Familiarity with basic troubleshooting methods for common hardware and software issues.
  • Team player with strong communication and customer service skills
    The ability to effectively communicate with users and provide excellent customer service is crucial
  • Good Understanding of Standard Hardware and Software Issues:
    Knowledge of common hardware and software problems and how to resolve them
  • Experienced with Remote Support Tools:
    Experience using remote support tools to assist users with their technical problems
  • Basic understanding of Azure and M365 Services:
    Familiarity with the core services and functionalities of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
  • Microsoft 365 Applications: 
    Knowledge of common M365 applications like Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive, including troubleshooting login issues, assisting with basic configuration, and helping users with file sharing and collaboration.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure:
    The capability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure
  • Language:
    English - good in written and spoken
  • Jira / Atlassian
    Familiarity with the core functionalities of Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools. This includes understanding how to navigate the interface and the ability to diagnose and resolve common issues
