WinGD is looking for a

 

(Location: China) Operation Support Engineer 

 

Responsibility:

  • Based on the production plan, schedule and attend commissioning/running-in/IMO tuning (including T/C matching) and overhaul inspections after shoptest for all 2-Stroke engines at Licensees; support commissioning at Shipyard, including Engine ancillaries installation inspection & correction, check relevant mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, and attend dock-trial and sea-trial as planned.
  • Maintain good customer/stake holder relationships;
  • proactively communicate, work-out and complete the inquiries received from external / internal on daily basis through E-Mail, telephone or any other way/form
  • Responsible for Warranty related communication with customer

 

Requirement:

  • Ability to get in-depth understanding of customer needs and organization, to establish/maintain durable relationship with customer.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking and organizational skills, be able to coordinate with different personnel in engine maker/shipyard/ship owner, be able to manage multiple tasks/customers simultaneously
  • Team spirit, be able to work under pressure
  • Proven experience, minimum of 5 years in 2-Stroke engine industry.
  • Bachelor or Master degree, technical background
  • English
