WinGD is looking for a

(Location: Singapore) CMS Sales Manager

•    Completion of sales performance
•    Drive and create better WoW(way of working) 
•    Respect engine design and quality standards.
•    Satisfaction of customers

 

Main Responsibilities:

•    Based on the business indicators issued by the company, develop plans and achieve goals.
•    Master the information of target customer groups and competitors within the region, establish customer profiles, be adept at analyzing information and develop customer marketing plans.
•    Develop customer visit plans, organize customer visits, lead and communicate with customers, introduce the company and products, conduct business negotiations, and undertake projects
•    Respond to customer complaints, organize internal resources to handle customer issues properly, and promptly communicate problem solutions to customers
•    Settlement and payment work after project completion.

 

Education & Experience

•    Higher education degree (BsC Mech. &/or Elect. Engineering)  with sound experience as a Service Engineer or Commissioning Engineer.
•    Experience of marine power equipment.
•    Good collaboration ability with internal and external partners. (Internal : Sales, FS service and Expert team etc., External: End Customer, Supplier and Subcontractor) 
•    PC user Software and simple “PC setup” skills are necessary.
•    English at a fluent negotiation level is necessary, other languages of advantage.
•    Self-driven and self-critical working behaviour with the target of continuous improvement.
•    Has a clear understanding of the key success factors in our business and job responsibility.
