WinGD is looking for a

 

(Location: Taiwan) Part Order and FS Admin Coordinator 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Part Order Coordinator  

  • Manage customer requests for spare part quotations and orders with accuracy and speed, using SAP and internal tools
  • Act as a central point of contact between customers and internal departments (supply chain, pricing, logistics, service)
  • Prepare and issue spare parts quotations, ensuring correct pricing, lead times, and part identification
  • Coordinate the entire order-to-delivery cycle, ensuring on-time shipment and full customer satisfaction
  • Follow up proactively on quotations, open orders, and delivery schedules
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with internal standards and customer requirements
  • Maintain clean and up-to-date customer and order data in SAP
  • Collaborate closely with WinGD’s global offices and Swiss headquarters to align on delivery commitments and project requirements
  • Support field service units with spare part needs for onboard interventions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of spare parts sales and coordination processes
  • Report on order activity and customer engagement to line management on a regular basis
  • Proficiency in monthly reporting to line managers

 

FS Admin Coordinator

  • Support Service Sales to continuous follow upcoming FS job, monitor ship’s schedule with timely response to customer’s request.
  • Support local onboard documentation and necessary administration work.
  • Follow up FS job and customer engagement from quotation/customer order/ internal order/service report/invoice.
  • Proficiency in regular basis reporting to line managers

 

 

General Skills

 

  • Strong knowledge of global logistics, including import and export processes 
  • Ability to understand and work with complex technical and commercial specifications in English
  • Experience with reporting requirements 
  • Open and communicative personality with a high level of inclusiveness 
  • Proactive and self-driven working style 
  • Excellent command of Mandarin and English (both written and spoken

 

Professional Skills:

 

  • Bachelor's degree holder of industrial or commercial and min. 5 years' experience in a similar position with component trading / support functions / Engineering, Business/ logistics 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in order coordination, spare parts sales, or supply chain/logistics, preferably in the marine or heavy machinery industry
  • Solid understanding of spare part processes, global logistics, and supply chain operations
  • Proficiency in SAP (R/3 or S/4) and excellent skill for MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Comfortable reading and understanding technical documentation and specifications
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an international, cross-functional team
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Open, collaboration personality to strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
