Cyber Security Expert - OT Systems (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Monitor Cybersecurity Regulations & Trends that are relevant for WinGD’s current and future products
Collect and derive Cybersecurity Requirements from Legislation, Class Rules and Product Strategy
Develop the Cybersecurity Architecture for WinGD’s future products while maintaining compatibility to existing products’ architecture
Develop Strategy and Guidelines for Cybersecurity Audits & Documentation & Training
Develop and test Cybersecurity Solutions for WinGD’s future products according to V-cycle in a dynamic team
Monitor fulfillment of cybersecurity requirements and guidelines
Manage all the technology needs of the cyber security relevant components for automation and control systems of large 2-stroke engines
Guarantee good communication both within your project team and with other teams and projects
Actively support the efficient feasibility of the project status
Be available as point of contact for our internal and external customers for OT cyber resilience of engine control systems
Advise product strategy regarding implications for cybersecurity

Requirements

MSc (or proven similar capabilities) in Computer Science, or Automation & Control, or an equivalent discipline
Deep knowledge on cyber security standards and methods, Focus OT (operations technologies)
Proven comprehensive knowledge in Software Architecture and Software development Processes
Proven knowledge in Automation and Control
Substantiated knowledge on combustion engines, especially on large 2-stroke engines
Experience in the areas IEC 62443 implementation, OT security architecture, gap assessments, risk assessments, network segmentation, system hardening, secure remote access, and cybersecurity compliance programs
Very fluent in English
good German is of advantage
