Expert Technical Support LTSA

Location:  Winterthur

Responsabilities:

 

 

  • Provide high-level technical support to customers operating WinGD 2-stroke engines under LTSA(Long Term Service Agreement)
  • Ensure timely handling of customer inquiries, investigations, and troubleshooting activities
  • Contribute through Root Cause Analysis, technical reporting, and continuous improvement 
  • Support product development activities and cooperate with WIDE Remote Monitoring Centers
  • Provide Technical Customer Support and perform Technical Analysis and Troubleshooting 
  • Reporting and Documentation 
  • Product Improvement and Knowledge Development 

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

 

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent educational background
  • Strong experience and knowledge of 2-stroke marine engines and their operation
  • Experience in field service activities or knowledge of WinGD products so as customer support processes are considered an advantage 
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, performance analysis, and remote investigations
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and systematic problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented approach with commitment to delivering high-quality technical support
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and digital reporting tools
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken
  • Passion for learning, new technologies, and continuous professional development
