WinGD is looking for a

 

HiL Rig System and Testing Engineer 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop hardware in the loop test rigs for WinGD’s engine control system using National Instruments / Speedgoat platform
  • Specify electronic hardware, setup test rig SW environment and lead test rig commissioning
  • Perform manual and automated testing for System Software and Application Software at integration and system levels using MiL, SiL, and HiL platforms 
  • Analyse failed testcases to pinpoint problems to testcase automation, testcase definitions, models or in-the-Loop platform
  • Document test results in professional test reports 
  • Ensure the availability of the existing testing infrastructure and support HIL testing operations in China
  • Proper documentation of the test infrastructure: schematic diagrams, functional descriptions, manuals
  • Within his area of competence, manage contractors and suppliers

 

Professional Skills:

  • Experience in hardware-in-the-loop testing
  • Sound knowledge of NI VeriStand/ LabView and MATLAB Simulink
  • Experience in developing test rigs using commercial off-the-shelf and custom-designed components
  • Confident in using electronic laboratory equipment and instruments
  • Experience in automation and control, preferably applied to internal combustion engines
