WinGD is looking for a

Project Purchaser 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing support and coordination for project purchasing activities globally, especially for hybrid and retrofit projects
  • Support local procurement organisation with task within the operative purchasing,
  • Day-to-day purchasing of materials and services
  • Monitoring of delivery dates and active problem solving in case of delivery delays
  • Close cooperation with various departments and continuous support of strategic purchasers, supplier development and contract management
  • Maintenance of master data in our ERP system (SAP S/4 HANA)
  • Handling and coordination of claims and warranty cases

General Skills and competencies:

  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong supplier relationships to drive cost efficiencies and supply chain reliability.
  • Project management and problem-solving ability
  • Technical understanding and ability to ready technical drawings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with cross-functional, multinational teams, and external stakeholders.
  • High level of commitment, self-motivated and team spirit

Education:

  • Completed vocational Swiss training EFZ (Berufslehre) and ideally further training as a purchasing specialist (m/f/d) or technical merchant (m/f/d) with a federal certificate
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably complemented by technical knowledge in mechanical engineering or a relevant discipline.

Languages:

  • Fluency in spoken and written English mandatory
  • Good knowledge of German, at least B2.
  • Further languages of advantage
