WinGD is looking for a

 

Supply Chain Planner 

 

Location: Winterthur

Starting Date: 1 June 2026 or tbd

Workload: 100%

 

 

Responsabilities:

 

  • Ensure timely availability of marine spare parts and engine components
  • Coordinate material requirements for fleet operations, maintenance, and new build projects
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts in collaboration with technical and project teams
  • Define and manage reorder points, safety stock, and planning parameters
  • Monitor stock levels across both warehouse locations
  • Identify and manage slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory
  • Drive actions to improve inventory turnover and availability

 

Requirements:

 

  • BA in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Great technical knowledge so as great understanding of technical drawings 
  • Knowledge in Supply chain and Planning management 
  • Proficient with ERP system proficiency (e.g., SAP HANA) and MS Office
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • A solution oriented mind set, and taking ownership/responsibility on your actions
  • Being an engaged team member and able to work in a dynamic and international environment
