WinGD is looking for a

Training Coordinator

Location:  Winterthur
Job Startdate:  By Agreement
Workload:  100%

Responsibilities

  • Manage the training mailbox, handle professional correspondence with customers, Training Centres and Training Partners worldwide, and coordinate training activities conducted in Switzerland
  • Coordinate with WinGD Training Centres and Training Partners for joint events, manage office procedures, and maintain strong working relationships across the organization
  • Maintain training records and statistics, ensuring accurate data collection, verification, and updates in the Training Administration software
  • Act as a key user and expert for the Training Administration software
  • Handle invoicing for commercial WinGD CH and Training Partners globally, follow up on payments, and manage monthly cost transfers to Finance and Project Teams
  • Assist instructors with training documentation (updates, formatting, editing), coordinate feedback surveys, and support customer visits at the Training Centre Winterthur
  • Coordinate office supplies for the TC Switzerland and organize logistics for customer visits in collaboration with HQ and ERIC

Requirements

 

  • BSc in Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience in technical coordination within the maritime industry
  • Fluent English (minimum B2) and good German (minimum B1) skills , additional languages are a plus
  • Understanding of marine crew certification requirements and rules for safe operation of commercial ships is an advantage
  • Experience in customer and organizational coordination with a solid command of MS Office, like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience working with international colleagues and customers, combined with high cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills, ability to remain calm and assertive under pressure, and flexibility to adapt quickly to dynamic priorities and urgent requests
