Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive project leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, engineering, operations, and customer engagement. You will coordinate diverse teams, manage project economics and risks, and provide clear direction throughout the project lifecycle, helping transform complex requirements into well-executed solutions.

 

  • Lead cross-functional power projects from customer opportunity through contract preparation, engineering coordination, delivery planning, installation support and handover
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, dependencies and decision gates for traded-engine projects and future packaged-system projects
  • Establish and maintain the project folder structure, filing logic and central collaboration repository for all project-relevant documents
  • Coordinate customer interfaces, production slot confirmation, supplier timelines, R&D deliverables, installation preparation and service readiness
  • Maintain project risk registers and mitigation actions, while aligning the split between project-specific and general risks with the Manager Strategic Projects & Organizational Development
  • Prepare management, SteCo and Board-level updates on milestones, issues, decisions, resource needs and project economics

Requirements

 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or Engineering (M.Sc., B.Sc., Dipl.-Ing., PMI, or equivalent)
  • Proven project management experience in complex commercial, industrial, energy, marine or infrastructure projects
  • Strong risk and stakeholder management
  • Strong command of English, both verbal and written / German an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
